POGOJI SODELOVANJA NA MIKLAVŽEVEM TEKU
Z oddajo prijavnice in s plačilom startnine potrjujem, da:
– so vsi podatki, ki sem jih vpisal v elektronsko prijavnico resnični;
– sem seznanjen in se strinjam s pogoji razpisa tekmovanja ter se udeležujem oziroma tekmujem na lastno odgovornost;
– izjavljam, da sem zdrav in pripravljen na napore, ki se pojavljajo na tekmovanju;
– zoper organizatorja ne bom vložil nobene zahteve ali tožbe zaradi kakršne koli škode ali poškodbe, ki bi jo utrpel v zvezi s tekmovanjem;
– soglašam, da se vsi podatki, ki so lahko fotografije, filmski in video posnetki, intervjuji in vse kar je v zvezi s tekmovanjem, lahko objavijo v sredstvih obveščanja, ne da bi za njih zahteval kakršno koli povračilo ali plačilo;
– strinjam se s prejemanje obvestil po elektronski pošti.
Upošteval bom vsa navodila, predpise ter priporočila organizatorja.
Organizator ni odgovoren za morebitno škodo, ki bi jo lahko povzročil sebi ali tretji osebi.

By submitting application form and executing payment of the participation fee I hereby warrant that:
– all the given information into the electronic application form is true;
– I am aware of the risks of race and agree to the terms and conditions of tender and I acknowledge that I participate in the event at my own risk;
– I am fit and ready to participate at race;
– I release organizer from any liability for any injury or damage suffered in relation to my attendance and participation at race;
– I declare that all information, such as photographs, film and video clips, interviews etc. in relation to the race, can be published in the media, without any reimbursement or payment;
– I agree to receive e-mail notifications.
I will respect all instructions, rules and recommendations of the organizer.
The organizer is not liable for any damage that might be caused by you or a third party.
